Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, but please be mindful that last-minute cancellations and no-shows can affect our business. To ensure we can accommodate all clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service price.
• No Shows: Failure to show up to your appointment without prior notice will result in a full charge for the scheduled service.
